I have been working mainly on projects in Africa.
•To analyze and evaluate RFQs as commercial and technical.
• To review and comment on customer’s requirements and technical specification.
• To get approval for our products from responsible electricity distrubition company in Africa.
• To examine the technical specification and if needed to make technical improvements on our product to comply with the technical specification.
• To prepare and manage the relevant technical drawing and documents to submit them to the relevant electricity distribution company in the approval process.
• To prepare and do a technical presentation for trainning about our products as face to face with the customer in the African Project Site after-sales.
• To prepare the offers and tenders in coordination with the relevant departments.
• To submit and to convince the customers for EKOS solution with the technical justification.
• Following up the project from beginning to delivery.
• Examination of the project using the necessary tools and programs.
• To manage the entire project scope of work.
• To maintain good relations and being a problem solver with the customer.
• To collect effective and useful market knowledge from domestic and abroad, and compile these collections to contribute marketing strategies and acquire new customers.
