Responsible for operating and managing all hard services and soft services across 50 franchise stores around Egypt such as Zara, Breshka, Pull and bear, Stradivarius, Massimo Dutti, Paul, etc.

Managing and operating Hard services and soft services at Twin Tower Mall consist of 2 medical Buildings, Shops, Cafes, and 2 administrations buildings.

Working as services provider's project manager of electromechanical maintenance project for the ten highest buildings priorities of qatar national bank's in Egypt including managing maintenance teams either residential or flying teams (non residential).

In charge for Electrical Maintenance of Vodafone's building "Horizon " at 6th oct. city including MV & LV Switch gear, MV / LV transformers, 12 MW backup generators, 45*200 kW UPS, BMS, VIS data centers, Vodafone communication network switches, Fire Fighting station, Chillers plant. in addition to work as deputy Maintenance Project manager.

Responsible for managing generator maintenance teams for 150 Orange communication sites all over cairo including preventive and corrective maintenance in addition to handling and coordinating at Emergency call (24/7) through Emergency response teams ( EMT)
