
Senior officer at the Central Bank of Djibouti with over 8 years of combined experience in financial regulation, public-sector project management, risk analysis, and institutional communication. Awarded a government scholarship after high school, I studied in Morocco, demonstrating my passion for learning and my willingness to take on challenges. Former officer at the Ministry of Social Affairs (2017–2022), where I led World Bank–funded programs and managed communication and multiple projects supporting vulnerable populations.
Since 2022, I have progressed within the Central Bank from Monetary Statistician to Head of the Credit Risk Bureau, while also serving as the institution’s official representative to IGAD. I have coordinated major strategic initiatives, including the World Bank–funded Affordable Housing Project and the implementation of the Integrated Credit Bureau supported by the AFD.
Versatile and solutions-oriented, I am proficient in digital tools (Canva, WordPress, Shopify) and have launched two online platforms (DélégAction, DjibGadgetMagic.com). My skills are strengthened by international training from the IMF Institute, IGAD, and the Oxford Training Center.
